Why clear sentence structure is so important...
Terry asks Mary, "Could you please go shopping for me and buy one carton of milk and if they have avocados, get 6."
A short time later Mary comes back with 6 cartons of milk.
Terry asks her, "Why did you buy 6 cartons of milk?"
She replies, "They had avocados."
Oh my, how funny! My Mom was laughing so hard! It is true, sentence structure is very important... Thanks for sharing :)
